Ingredients -

- Multigrain bread ( 2 slices), 20.5 gram(s) - Avocado Fresh 4-6 thin slices - Poached Egg, 1 large - Tomato, 1 slice - Lime, 1 wedge - Salt, pepper

 

Method -

1.      Toast bread. Poach egg. 2.      Spread avocado on toast; squeeze lime wedge over avocado. 3.      Top with egg and tomato (tomato may be broiled briefly first). Season avocado, egg and tomato with salt and/or pepper as desired.
