Veg Salad (always large serving )

+ 2chapaties ( add wheat bran or use missi atta)

+ 1 bowl dal

+ 1 bowl veg raita

+ 4 pcs of grilled chicken

veg salad / boiled vegetables

+ 1 bowl veg soup

+ 2 chapati with Beans tomato veg

+ any non citrus fruit

DAY 2

1 glass dates shake

1 bowl fruity chick pea ( any legume of choice) salad

+ Milk

+ 2 Paneer parantha

+ any fruit

+ 1 bowlsweet corn chat

Veg Salad

+ half bowl curd / 1 bowl veg raita

+ 1 big bowl fish curry

+ 2 chapaties

Cadamom tea

+ 1 bowl moong sprout chat with chopped veg salad

1 bowl mushroom soup

+ 2 chapaties

+ egg curry

+ stewapple custard

1 cup herbal tea
DAY 3

1 glass beetroot amla juice

+ 18 raisins

+ 3 walnuts

1 bowl Granola

+ 1 bowl curd

+ 1 bowl mix fruit

+ 1 bowl pomegrante with 1 tsp sunflower seeds

Veg Salad

+ 1 bowl curd

Mint ice tea

DAY 7

1Avocado and 2 poached eggs with 2toasted bread
